The city council room was almost full with citizens from El Dorado Springs and Stockton to hear about the Elevate Branson program.

The Elevate program provides support and educational opportunities for homeless and other people down on their luck. The Elevate programs provide a chance for people to advance their lives in a meaningful way.

The program also comes with a $36,000 licensing fee.
