Mt. Zion Home Bible study met Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Tom and Beverly home with 11 present.

Mt. Zion area weather has been true Missouri weather this past week. Snow again on Monday, by Wednesday nice.  Field work back in full swing. Deer hunters had beautiful weather for the first day of the season.

Margie Siegismund and Bonnie Heiserman spent a few days in Branson, enjoying the Christmas lights, shows and shopping.

Wanda Rector spent one day last week with granddaughter in Springfield, spending the day at her work.

The Rockville Hand Quilters finished a quilt Thursday and another one ready to take its place. We always work on two at a time; don’t have as many ladies as we used to have quilting. Welcome to come visit us each Thursday 1-4 p.m. whether you quilt or not.

Over at the Robin Siegismund Farm, things are normal. Belle enjoyed the snow Monday to make more doggie snow angels. She discovered frost works good too.

The new home at the junction of Highways B and H looks nice. Replaces the one that burned recently.

Dixie Peterson still doing therapy at Truman Lake Manor, doing much better. Howard joins her for lunch each day. Brenda Peterson, Kent, Mitchel Jodi and Tucker Crawford and Betty Lou have been recent visitors.

Brend Peterson visited marge Zink and Mike and Stacy Griffith home Sunday.

Gregg Pelkey spent the weekend with his folks tom and Beverly Pelkey.
