Spring like weather is still around in the Mt. Zion area. Enjoying having a little more light each day, spring calves are being borne, some plans to sow Lettuce seed on Valentine’s Day.
Wish Judy Pier a speedy recovery from her surgery.
Enjoyed visiting with Judy Piepmier by phone, she is doing well. Terry is still keeping appointments with the doctor, so far test are good, enjoying Judy’s smile.
Tri-County Quilt Club met Feb. 6, at the Rockville United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall and enjoyed a day of sewing together. After lunch we had 17 for the meeting. Next meeting will be March 6, same time, same place. Program will be by Beverly Sullivans teaching needle tacking. You are welcome to join us. Call Marge for more information at 660-598-4240.
Over at the Robin Siegismund Farm, things are back to normal, well almost. The chickens are laying better, Belle is staying home, Robin is making blankets with sheep on them; a new pattern. Petey has been there, Speck avoiding having her hair brushed for treats. Mabel is enjoying her visitors.
John and Julia Snethen had a busy week, John driving the Oats bus and Julia kept her appointments and shopping in Osceola.
