News from Harwood and area

Jewell and Helen Ellerman attended the El Dorado Springs Senior Center fried chicken dinner on Friday, Jan. 6. They had dinner at the Cedar House Grill Sunday, Jan. 8.

The Harwood and Schell City areas had a pretty good snow early Thursday morning, Jan. 5. It was good on the farmer’s wheat and other crops.

Church service was held at the Harwood Baptist Church Sunday, Jan. 8. Brother Jon Caudles Sr.’s sermon, “Jesus Transforms Lives” was taken from Mark 1:21-28.
