Mt. Zion area had more rain, but the grass is growing, flowers are blooming, the blackberry bushes are in full bloom. Things are good in our area.

Over at the Robin Siegismund Farm, not much excitement. Belle has been behaving and enjoying hunting asparagus, playing with Specks and watching the baby chicks grow. Robin is still making little people quilts. Mabel’s garden is growing.

Dixie Peterson is still doing therapy at Truman Lake Manor. Enjoying getting mail and visitors.

Gregg Pelkey visited Tom and Beverly Pelkey to get some much-needed projects done for Tom and Beverly. Beverly is busy feeding the hummingbirds and the kittens.

Rockville Hand Quilters met at 1 p.m. Thursday, May 13. They made progress on the quilts they are working on. Welcome to join us for quilting or visiting. At 2:30 we break for coffee and dessert.
