Annual Chamber of Commerce new teachers luncheon Thursday, Aug. 13

Each year El Dorado Springs Chamber of Commerce members host a luncheon for new teachers in our community. Many members see this as an excellent opportunity to welcome these important people into our community. It’s also an opportunity for your business or organization to make a wonderful first impression on many who are traditionally new residents.

Items may include things like goody bags, discounts, offers, coupons, sampling, etc. Many like to include useful promotional items such as mugs, cups, pizza cutters, games, tote bags, caps, first aid kits, back scratchers, rally rags, pencils/pens and notepads among other customized logo items. Some members have even offered gift cards to support other local businesses.

The luncheon will be on Thursday, Aug. 13, at the EHS cafeteria.

Set-up and networking at 11:30 a.m., lunch meeting starts at noon.

The number of new teachers is eight for the El Dorado Springs R-2 Public Schools and one for the El Dorado Christian School, for a total of nine new teachers/admins.
