Kenneth Cooper, 73, of  rural Stockton/El Dorado Springs, passed away on Friday, April 3, 2020.

Kenneth was born June 1, 1946 in Yuba City, CA. He married Kathryn Kay Lowrey on July 12,1968 at Filly Christian Church. They were married for 52 years, and together have four children.

Kenneth served in the Army during the Vietnam war from 1963-1966. He returned home and worked as a telephone lineman for ConTel Corporation for 27 1⁄2 years before he retired.

Kenneth and Kathy live on a large rural farm where he enjoyed being able to fish, hunt, and garden all in his own backyard. He enjoyed spending time with his family, neighbors, especially Dan Peters who was a helping hand and great friend, and five-pound guard dog, CiCi.

Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Betty Cooper, and an infant son, Kenneth Wayne Cooper.

He is survived by his wife, Kathy, his siblings: Brenda Sivles, Evelyn Weigle, Ron Cooper, and Tom Cooper, his children: Kimberly Cooper-Domer and husband Berry, Kellie Cooper and David Pinkman, and Kenda Cooper, his grandchildren: Kennyn Baldwin, Katahn Cooper, Kora Cooper, Kaelin Cooper, Kamron Austin, Kadie Cooper, and one great-grandchild on the way, due September 2020.

Kenneth has been cremated at the request of himself and family. At this time, no service has been planned.
