• Officer reported suspicious person at Caplinger Campgrounds.  Subject has been known to be violent, to abuse drugs, to threaten law enforcement.  Could be armed and dangerous and may be intoxicated.  HBO

• Trespassers reported on E Broadway Jerico.  Ex-partes on both suspects.  Damaged truck.   Caller file a statement.  HBO

• Disorderly conduct reported on High St Stockton.  Unfounded.

• Received call driver hit deer by 2nd beach at Orleans Trail Stockton.  Fender pushed into tire.  HBO

• Assault reported at Sonic Stockton.  Male and female fighting.  Male hit woman and fled into the Sonic building which they made him leave and he wasn’t happy about that.  Officer kept eye on the situation and subject finally went across mile long bridge.  HBO

• Cattle reported out on Hey 39 and Abercrombie.  Contacted owner by HBD

• Received a welfare check on N Ward Stockton.  Subject had fallen and injured arm.  Ambulance dispatched and was cleared.  HBO

• Officer requested room assistance with a homeless person.  Dispatch located a donor and homeless person was put up in the Owl Haven Motel.  HBO

• Officer out on 4th St Stockton with open door.  Contacted owner to closed the door.

• ESPD reported a 9-1-1 hang up Stockton.  Dispatch contacted number and everything was fine.

• ESPD requested welfare check on behalf of caller on E Hwy 54 Eldo.  Caller is in Poland and was talking to family and the phone went dead.  Hang up was intentional.  Clear, no report.

• Subject on Stockton Square reported a MVA, fender bender.  Requested an officer.  Subjects exchanged insurance information.  HBO

• Subject came into CCSO to pick up a cell phone released by an inmate.  HBD

• Dispatch reported received 13 calls from subject on High St Stockton regarding harassment.  Subject was being irrational and profane.  HBO

• Officer reported suspicious person on 1480 and 1325 Stockton. Female on property that doesn’t belong to her.  HBO

• Traffic stop on 500 and 201 Eldo in reference to call earlier this day.  William Jack Coleman arrested.  Several pieces of tools found.  Subject released to St Clair County.

• Received a call from an individual wanting to clarify a request for a welfare check on S 1125 Stockton.  HBO

• Officer came into CCSP requesting an assault occurring in Eldo.  It was determined the incident happened outside the city limits and was turned over to CCSO.  HBO

• Officer requested assistance on W Carmen Eldo on a search warrant.  Officer requested a Medic be on standby.  Ambulance released.  HBO

• Received call stating there is a suicidal subject at E 770th Rd Stockton.  Stated he wanted to shoot person in face and stab himself in throat.  Ambulance dispatched.   Subject non responsive.  All weapons were secured.  Bottle of mixed pills and empty bottles of alcohol found.  Subject was head butting officer.  Medic requested backup.  Subject refused transport.  One individual arrested.  HBO

•ESPD stated they had a request for a welfare check on E Hwy 54 Eldo.  Female took off walking and has been gone long time and it’s not like her to do that.  Stated that doctor said she might be off mentally and if anything comes up to get her to hospital immediately.  Husband has been talking to female throughout the day and is not worried.  She doesn’t want to talk to anyone.  HBO

• Vernon County reported MVS on Hwy N Eldo.  Vehicle through fence and into creek.  Unknown injuries.  Stockton and Eldo Medics dispatched and cancelled.  Transferred to other agency.

• Suspicious vehicle reported on E 1970 Fair Play.  Vehicle parked in owner’s drive way and no one around.  Contacted owner of vehicle and the owner of the property agreed truck could stay there till they picked it up.  Clear, no report.

• Extra patrol requested at Caplinger Camping Area due to campers causing disturbances.  HBD
