July 25 – Officers responded to 115 West McCrary concerning a reported stolen vehicle. Suspects identified and  investigation continues.

July 25 Officers responded to 611 South Grand concerning a reported trespassing. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Frederick M Figolah, 20, El Dorado Springs charging him with trespassing and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released on summonses pending court appearance.

July 26 – Officers responded to 212 West Walnut concerning a reported domestic disturbance. Investigation resulted in the arrest of William A. Hunt, 43, El Dorado Springs, charging him with domestic assault third Degree and a Polk County warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of no valid license with a bond of $300.  He was transported to the Polk County jail.

July 27 – Officers responded to 227 West Marshall concerning a reported burglary. Investigation revealed the theft of three shadow boxes containing arrowheads, clothing and jewelry. Investigation continues.

July 28 – Arrest: Tianna D. Murphy, 23, Nevada, for a Bates County warrant charging her with stealing and endangering the welfare of a child with a $20,000 bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

July 28 –  Officers responded to 106 East Lafayette concerning a reported burglary. Investigation revealed the theft of a Craftsman gas powered chainsaw and a toolbox which contained $200 worth of tools and a black electric starter. Suspect has been identified investigation continues.

Arrest: Amy J. Miller, 41, El Dorado Springs, for an active Cedar County warrant, charging her with a probation violation on the original charge of possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and unlawful use of drug paraphernalia with a $5,000 bond. She was transferred to Cedar County jail pending bond or court appearance.

July 29 – Arrest: Deborah K. Reichert, 56, El Dorado Springs, on an active Nevada Municipal warrant,charging her with failure to appear on an original charge of trespassing with a $545 cash only bond.  She was released on her own recognizance pending court appearance.

Officers responded to 312 West 54 Hwy, Wood’s Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Tracie M. York, 39, El Dorado Springs, charging her with stealing and a Polk County warrant charging her with failure to appear on an original charge of failure to maintain financial responsibility with a cash bond of $300.  She was released on summons and bond pending court appearances.

July 30 – Arrest: Steven A. Caudell, 26, El Dorado Springs for an active El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of stealing with a $175.50 bond.  He was released on bond pending court appearance.

July 31 – Arrest: Trevor L. Coleman, 19, El Dorado Springs, charging him with driving while intoxicated, minor in possession of alcoholic beverages and fail to stop at stop sign. He was released on summonses pending court appearance.
