ECS STUDENTS ATTEND 2021 FALL TEEN WEEKEND AT OZARK CHRISTIAN COLLEGE

ECS Principal Mrs. Kelly Bryson is NEVER still, not even for a moment! She, along with twelve El Dorado Christian high school students traveled to Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri on Friday afternoon November 5, to attend a weekend Christian Youth Retreat entitled, “The Event 2021.” The thirteen didn’t let the ECS Fall Auction the night before stop them; they registered before 5 p.m., grabbed dinner at 6 and were ready for the main session at 8! The Event at OCC hosted 9-12 grade youth; challenging them to follow God, beginning now; building a Christ-like spirit that enables them to share The Word in the mission field…also known as, life. The Christian band, Frontline and guest speaker, Mr. Caleb Deroin (a graduate of OCC) empowered and encouraged the ECS students. “Take one day at a time…pray; build your spirit, light the world…”
