Makenzie Melton and Justin Ellison represented the El Dorado Springs FFA Chapter at the Missouri State Leadership Adventure held in Springfield at the Darr Center. The conference focuses on preparing students to be better leaders in their chapter. Pushing students to stand out in the crowd and be a leader to those around you was the theme for the day. Students also spent time discussing etiquette whether it be while on the sidewalk talking to someone or around the dinner table. These two students positively promoted our chapter and served as great representation of what El Dorado Springs FFA has to offer.
