The Cedar County Memorial Hospital board of Trustees met in special session on Friday, May 11.Trustees in attendance via conference call were Judy Renn, Carla Griffin and Marvin Manring. Trustees John Walker, Julia Phillips and Jana Witt hospital CEO, Carla Gilbert and Terri Heitz were present.
After returning from executive session the board announced the hiring and contract for Andrew R. Wyant, M.D., contingent on Dr. Wyant receiving his Missouri license.
