Madalyn’s Kitchen, south of Schell City, will hold her steak, shrimp or chicken dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 10. Madalyn will have her Thanksgiving dinner from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 21. She will close shortly after 2 p.m. after her meal is over. Madalyn says she will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, and open on Friday, Nov. 29, the be closed on Saturday, Nov. 30 and Sunday, Dec. 1. She will open on Monday, Dec. 2, at her regular time.
Jewell and Helen Ellerman and a friend, Mary Tomblinson, and son, Casey, attended the fall dinner at the Schell City Community Building Thursday, Oct. 31. It was put on by the Community Betterment of Schell City.
Church service was held at the Harwood Baptist Church Sunday, Nov. 3. Brother Mike Dunivan’s sermon was taken from Romans.
Jewell and Helen Ellerman attended Friday Chicken Friday at the Senior Center in El Dorado Springs Friday, Nov. 1. It is held the first Friday of every month.
The Harwood Post Office is open Monday through Saturday from 1:15 to 3:15 p.m. so people can get stamps, get their mail and mail packages. The lobby is open 24 hours a day so people can get their mail out of their box.
