Morning message at the Rockville United Methodist Church was by Pastor Nick Van Dam entitled “Fit Hands Serving.”

Mt. Zion Home Bible study was held in the Tom and Beverly Pelkey home Tuesday evening at 7 p.m. with nine present to study the Bible, everyone welcome.

We wish speedy recovery to Margie Siegismund, Charles Wilson, Glen Nohn and Sheri Suster who have been patients in the hospital. Several neighbors are entertaining the flu bug.

Spring is getting close, saw some of the farmers out doing something in their fields; my friend had a crocus blooming.

A recent visitor in the Howard and Dixie Peterson was Brenda Peterson, who spent the weekend.

One of the wood fairies made a welcome visit to the Tom and Beverly Pelkey place leaving a load of dry wood; sure has taken a lot more wood and propane this winter.

At the Robin Siegismund farm Belle has figured out she can get on top of the hay bales and see far and nothing can bother her; she is really enjoying herself.

Visitors in the Tom and Beverly Pelkey home have been Shawn and Diane Johannigmeier and Quincy Noble. Tom enjoyed visiting with neighbors while Beverly kept her doctor’s appointment.

Julia Snethen ran a few errands in Appleton City on Friday morning. John ran his bus route.
