Cedar County Baptist Annual Association to meet

The Annual meeting of the Cedar County Baptist Association will convene with Hickory Grove Missionary Baptist Church on Aug. 10 and 11 (Friday and Saturday) at 10 a.m. each day with a basket dinner at noon.

The 134th annual sermon will be given by Brother Buddy King.  Evening service will be held beginning at 7 p.m. Friday night. There is no service planned for Saturday evening.

Because of bridge closings at two of the ways approaching the church, these are new directions to reach the church.  From the intersection of Hwy. 13 and Hwy. N  at Humansville, go west on Hwy.N 1.9 miles to South 7 Road.  Go north on South 7 Road for 1.7 miles to E 305 Road.  Go west on E 305 Road for 2.2 miles to the church on the left.

Or, if coming from the west, from the intersection of J and N Hwys. north of Stockton, go east on Hwy. N for 8.1 miles to South 7 Road. Go north on South 7 Road for 1.7 miles to E 305 Road.  Go west on E 305 Road for 2.2 miles to the church on the left.
