Quilt show in Adrian March 9-10

The Memories of MOM Relay for Life team will hold a quilt show March 9 and 10 in the Adrian Optimist Building. The hours for the show are Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. A free will donation will be accepted at the door.

We will display around 100 beautiful quilts. If you are a quilter or have an old family quilt that you would like to have displayed, please call Sharon at 660/679-6277 or Karen at 660/679-3796 or bring by the optimist Building on Thursday between the hours of 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.

The show will have several vendor booths selling, sewing and quilting supplies. We will have a concession featuring homemade chicken and noodles, chicken salad on croissant and several other tasty items. We will have homemade pie on the menu for dessert.

This is a team fundraiser for the Bates County Relay for Life event to be held on June 2 on the Historic Butler Square. All profits from the quilt show and concession will be used for cancer research and several other services available thru the American Cancer Society.
