Square Dance, get lessons

On Friday, Aug. 4, the Mo-Kan Square Dancers will hold a dance with Jay Wright calling from 7:30 to 10 p.m in the Home Ec Building at the Vernon County Fairgrounds Nevada. Admission is $5 per adult dancer and $3 per youth dancer. All area dancers and interested persons are invited. Starting on Tuesday, Aug. 8, Mo-Kan Square Dancers will offer beginning square dance lessons with Jay Wright as instructor. These will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. each Tuesday in the Neal Senior, 301 North Main in Nevada. The first lesson is free. No partner is required and dress is casual.
