Robert James Welton

Robert James “Tiny” Welton, 73, of Butler, died Thursday, March 7, 2019, at his home in Butler. He was born June 17, 1945, to James E. and Hazel Kreegar Welton in Hugo, CO.

Tiny is survived by his wife, Jean Welton of Butler; four daughters – Lisa Bang and husband, Eric, of Auxvasse, Crystal Beatty, of Vandalia, Rachel Ruiz of Butler and Misty Allison of El Dorado Springs; Sister, Shirley Beckman, and husband, Brent, of El Dorado Springs; 11 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his parents; a son, Robbie Welton; and a brother, Freddy Welton.

Graveside services were Tuesday, March 12,  at  Coal  Hill Cemetery in El Dorado Springs under the direction of the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel, Butler. Contributions  to the American Heart Association or Heartland Hospice.  Condolences may be left at www.schowengerdtchapel.com.
