JV Lady Bulldogs stampede Mustangs, edged by Eagles

On Tuesday the JV Ladydogs took on the Lady Fair Grove Eagles and lost 35-33. Leading the way for the Ladydogs was Kameron Schaaf with 10 points followed by Taylor Witt with seven points. Cameron McPeak and Tessa Durnell each had six points and Becky Jennings had four points. This was a hard loss for the girls did a great job to get back into the game late but couldn’t get the win.

On Saturday, the JV Ladydogs hosted the Eldon Fillies (young Lady Mustangs) and won 49-29. Leading the way was Cameron McPeak with 15 points followed by Kameron Schaaf with 13 points. Becky Jennings had eight points, Taylor Witt had six points, Tessa Durnell had four points and Kinli Simmons had three points.

Coach Brian Koehler said, “This was a very good game for us after the loss to Fair Grove. The girls came out with great focus and energy from the start and to the end of the game. I am very proud of all the girls and the effort they gave in the game.”
