In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

June 10 – Officers responded to a reported assault at 200 McCrary Circle, Apt 23. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Jacob D. Nicoletti, 25, Nevada, on an active Cedar County warrant charging him with failure to wear a seat belt with a cash only bond of $100. He was released on bond pending court appearance.

Arrest: James D. Register, 25, El Dorado Springs, charging him with DWR He was released on summons pending court appearance.

June 11- Arrest: Brandon E. Rummel, 28, Humansville, on an active Cedar County felony warrant charging him with probation violation on the original charge of domestic assault with a cash or surety bond of $10,000. He was extradited to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office pending bond and court appearance.

June 12 – Officers responded to a reported larceny at 200 North Jackson. Investigation revealed the theft of a car starter from a white Chevrolet Silverado truck. Investigation continuing. Arrest: Louis M. Stockdale, 20, El Dorado Springs, on an active Cedar County Warrant charging him with probation violation with no bond and a four day incarceration sentence. He was extradited to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office to serve his sentence.

June 13 – Officers responded to a reported larceny (shoplifting) at 227 West 54 Hwy. Investigation revealed the theft of two bags of ice. Suspect identified and investigation continuing.

Officers responded to a reported larceny at 600 South Kirkpatrick. Investigation revealed the theft of a red 20” Next Cobra bicycle and a small blue scooter. Bicycle was later recovered and returned to the owner. Investigation continuing.

Arrests: Bobby J. Huber, 19, El Dorado Springs, on an active El Dorado Springs Municipal Court warrant charging him with Failure to appear per court order with a cash or surety bond of $467.50. He was transferred to the Vernon County Sheriff’s office pending bond and court appearance.

Justin M. Duncan, 26, El Dorado Springs, charging him with DWR with a cash or surety bond of $500, displaying the wrong license plates and failure to provide proof of insurance. He was released on bond and summonses pending court appearance.

Erin L. Graves, 34, El Dorado Springs, on an active El Dorado Springs Municipal Court warrant charging him with failure to appear on the original charge of DWR with a cash or surety bond of $690 and an active Livingston County felony warrant charging him with aggravated stalking with a cash only bond of $5,000. He was transferred to the Cedar County Sheriff’s office pending extradition and court appearance.

June 15 – Officers responded to a reported larceny (shoplifting) at 100 East 54 Hwy. Investigation revealed that a female customerreportedly driving a late model Suburban left without paying for a slice of pizza. Investigation continuing.

June 16 – Officers responded to a reported disturbance at 313 West Carmen Rd. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Austin S. Hutsell, 24, El Dorado Springs, charging him with peace disturbance. He was released on summons pending court appearance.

Officers responded to a reported larceny (shoplifting) at 100 East 54 Hwy, Casey’s General Store. Investigation revealed that a male subject wearing a white/grey tank top and jeans left without paying for a candy bar. Investigation resulted in the arrest of Austin S. Hutsell, 24, El Dorado Springs, charging him with stealing (Shoplifting). He was released on summons pending court appearance.
