1) Walk-in cooler door has bacteria from hard use – corrected during inspection.

2) Ice machine scoop not stored properly – corrected during inspection.

3) Cleaning chemicals not sorted properly – corrected during instpection.

4) Cold holding food items not stored at proper temp – unit retested on return visit, temp inspection.
