JV Ladies lose to Bolivar

The JV Lady Bulldogs played Bolivar at home Thursday, Dec. 12, and lost 50-40.

Leading the way for the JV Lady Dogs was Becky Jennings with 15 points followed by Anyssa Salazar with 10 points. Cameron McPeak had six points. Hannah Kruckenberg had four points. Tessa Durnell had three points.

“We struggled in this game trying to find our offense but the girls gave out great effort,” said Coach Brian Koehler. “Bolivar had a great run in the second half of the game and we were playing catch up but there were some positive things that came out of the game.”

Becky Jennings had seven rebounds. Candice Loane had six rebounds and three steals.

The JV Lady Bulldogs are 1-1 right now.

GOING TO THE MAT – During the JV Lady Bulldogs match with the Bolivar Liberators, Tessa Durnell dove to the floor to contest a loose ball. Camreon McPeak and Katie Bruggeman came flying in to assist.
