Morning message at the Rockville United Methodist Church was by Pastor Kasey Beaton taken from I peter 1: 3-9. Wednesday Bible study has changed to Tuesday morning.

Mt. Zion Home Bible study met Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the home of Tom and Beverly Pelkey with 10 in attendance. We welcome you to join us.

Our sympathy to Donnie Hodges and Tammie Wheeler from the Kings Prairie Area.

Rex Stark was down to the cabin turkey hunting and got to see the apple trees in full bloom. He visited in the Stanley Zink home.

The leaves are popping out on the trees, the turtles are crossing the road and yards need mowing. Life is good in the Mt. Zion area.

Turkey hunting has been the popular sport this past week with lot of success. Scott James and son were down from Blue Springs visiting with George Nie and Stanley Zink homes.

June Marshall has been busy being June, we are so glad she is able to be out and about.

Howard and Dixie Peterson had company this week, Kent, Mitchel, Jodi and Tucker Crawford and Donnie Crayton. Dixie had been to the doctor getting a good report.

Stacy and Mike Griffith were overnight visitors in the Stanley and Marge Zink home, bringing them a bottle calf named Lucy.

The Rockville School Reunion enjoyed their class reunion Saturday.

Marge Zink and Stacy Griffith had a day out Friday, Marge found a nice greenhouse out in the middle of nowhere; but couldn’t find the place in Nevada. Stacy wonders if she will be that way in the next 30 years. Stacy does know how to work the GPS directional finder.

Mabel Siegismund, Margie Siegismund and Bonnie Heiserman families all enjoyed Easter with their family in their homes.

Michael Snethen, Ron Thompson and daughter, Brittany, were Easter guest of John and Julia Snethen. Julia and John spent a quiet week at home.
