Arrests and Reports

Sheriff Lee Hilty reported deputies made arrests and took multiple reports during the week of May 30, 2023 through June 5, 2023

May 30, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 151 Road in Lowry City in regards to a domestic disturbance. Subject left the scene before deputies could arrive. While deputies were canvasing the area for subject, deputies arrested Jesse Howe walking A Highway on a Henry County warrant for Failure to Appear on Driving While Suspended. Jesse is being charged with Domestic Assault 1st Degree, Kidnapping 2nd Degree, Possession of Controlled Substance, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

May 30, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest B Highway in Appleton City in regards to an ex-parte violation. After a short altercation Victor Witt was arrested for Ex-Parte Violation and Resisting/Interfering with Arrest.

May 30, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to North Poplar Street in Appleton City in regards to a disturbance. Neither parties wanted to give written statements or press charges.

May 30, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 900 Road in Appleton City in regards to a disturbance. Parties separated.

May 30, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Coon Creek Street in Collins in regards to a stolen 2006 Chevy Silverado. Vehicle has/had MO registration plates of 6DFC27.

May 30, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 300 Road in Osceola in regards to suspicious activity. Reporting party requested extra patrol in the area.

May 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to North Main Street in Lowry City in regards to a protection order violation.

May 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Victor Witt at St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County warrant on charges of Violation of Full Order of Protection. His bond is set at $20,000 cash surety.

May 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Jesse Howe at St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County warrant on charges of Domestic Assault- 2nd Degree. His bond is set at $15,000 cash surety.

May 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to South Beech Street in Appleton City in regards to possible fraud.

May 31, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to a walk in at St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office in regards to a firearm found on CC Highway. Firearm was placed in safe keeping.

June 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies arrested Jeremiah Perdue at the fuel pumps located at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office on a St. Clair County warrant on charges of Harrassment-1st Degree. His bond is set at $3,500 cash surety.

June 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northbound 13 Highway across from Osceola Cheese Factory in regards to a single vehicle accident. Vehicle had front end damage and was towed from the scene.

June 1, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 1275 Road in Schell City in regards to a runaway juvenile. Juvenile was located and report filed. Juvenile was located.

June 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to a walk in at the St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office in regards to individual wanting to report theft of diesel fuel on Northeast 1289 Road.

June 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northwest 451 Road in Osceola in regards to burglary. Items missing was coins and bills from a jar.

June 2, 2023- St. Clair County deputies returned a call for an ex-parte violation.

June 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies initiated a call for a suspicious vehicle on Northwest 576 Road and E Highway in Appleton City. Vehicle was a black 2003 Cadillac missing one tire and was blocking the roadway. Vehicle was towed.

June 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to A Highway in Lowry City in regards to a stolen vehicle. Vehicle described as a red 2003 Ford Ranger. Vehicle was located with the assistance from Harrisonville Police Department.

June 3, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast 50 Road in Osceola regarding a check the well-being. Deputies filed a report of Child Abuse and Neglect. Children’s Division was contacted.

June 4, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to 3rd Street and Main in Lowry City for suspicious activity. Upon patrolling, deputies noticed a second story window was broken facing 3rd Street and a possible broken window facing Main Street.

June 4, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Southeast 250 Road in El Dorado Springs in regards to a stolen firearm. Firearm is a 22LR Marken with a Tasco scope with 18 rounds of ammo.

June 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Northeast C Highway in Lowry City in regards to a subject making suicidal and homicidal statements. After a short altercation, subject was arrested and placed on a 12-hour detox.

June 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies responded to Tiffin Street in Roscoe for a report of burglary. Upon deputies arriving, there were five individuals located on the property. Tori White and Kylan Thomas was arrested and transported to St. Clair County jail for a book and release. Three juvenile subjects were detained while the Juvenile Officer was contacted. Juvenile Officer advised to call parents and have them pick up the juveniles.

June 5, 2023- St. Clair County deputies returned a call for an ex-parte violation.
