In accordance with Section 138.010 RSMo., notice is hereby given that the Cedar County Board of Equalization will convene on Monday, July 17, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in the County Commission Room #5, located at 113 South Street, Stockton, MO in the Cedar County Courthouse.  Any person who disagrees with the Assessment of their property may appeal to the County Board of Equalization.  The appeal shall be filed with the County Clerk’s Office no later than July 13, 2023. The Board of Equalization shall consist of the County Commissioners, the Assessor (non-voting member), the Surveyor and two citizens of the county appointed by the County Commission.  The County Clerk serves as secretary of the Board without vote.
