Discussed a privacy fence for secure area for inmate smoking area and an impound cage.
Requests new motor to restore Ford truck to active fleet.

Met with MODOT for final review on 2019 bridge inspections
67 bridges and/or culverts were inspected between 12/03/18 and 12/10/18.

Presented and discussed December 2018 report of activities and upcoming programs for the coming months.
Swearing in of newly elected board members will be held during the February council meeting.
Met with Benny Bryant – CenturyLink
Offer services for Cloud base, phone system, IT system, motion activated system monitoring, community WiFi and lighting. Commission not currently looking to make changes at this time.
Reviewed monthly fee reports for Circuit Court and Recorder of Deeds offices.
Approved payroll for payment.

Met with office holders to discuss 2019 budget.
Commission approve to transfer the following from General Revenue to prospective funds:
To Jail Fund $48,330.29 of $300,000.00 that was preapproved at preparation of 2018 budget. Boultinghouse motion to approve transfer, Foster seconded; Collins – Yes, Boultinghouse – Yes, Foster – Yes
To CVA Fund $10,357.33, on loan to be reimbursed by CVA payments as they arrive for reimbursement. Foster motion to approve transfer, Boultinghouse seconded; Collins – Yes, Foster – Yes, Boultinghouse – Yes.
Met with Mary Norell, City of Stockton
Reminding county commission of City of Stockton board meeting tonight. Gail from Tri-state Water will be a presenter at the meeting to discuss additional extraction of water from Lake Stockton for Joplin.
Requests breakdown of expenses for City of Stockton contract for police services on a quarterly basis.
Met with Joe Bolek reported CR1300 concerns about a large pothole that consistently appears due to a spring that runs across the road.
Reviewed monthly fee reports for Cedar County Health Department, County Clerk Office, Prosecuting Attorney Office, and Sheriff’s Office.
