In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

Nov 20 – Arrest: Stephanie J. Fisk, 35, of El Dorado Springs, for a Cedar County warrant charging her with failure to appear to answer to fail to register a motor vehicle with a $150 cash bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

Nov 20 – Officers responded to 121 West Pine concerning a reported burglary.  The investigation revealed the theft of copper wiring. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov  20 – Officers responded to 601 South Ohio concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a wallet and its contents. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 20 – Officers responded to 109 North Cedar concerning a reported assault. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 21 – Arrests: Darren A. Edmiston, 19, of El Dorado Springs, for a felony Cedar County warrant, charging him with probation violation with the original charge of theft of a firearm with a $10,000 bond.  He was transferred to the Cedar County jail pending bond and a court appearance.

Nov 21- Michael H. Iske, 25, of El Dorado Springs, for two Benton County warrants, charging him with failure to Appear on the original charge of failure to maintaining financial responsibility, with a $93 cash bond, and for failure to appear on the original charge of displaying plate of another, with a $100 bond or ROR. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

Nov 22 – Officers responded to 312 West 54 Hwy, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported shoplifting. The investigation revealed the theft of food items. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Falen M. Andrews, 34, of El Dorado Springs, charging her with stealing. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

Nov 22 – Officers responded to 208 West Marshal concerning a reported peace disturbance. Suspects were identified and the investigation continues.

Nov 23 – Officers responded to 216 West Olive concerning a reported structure fire. The El Dorado Springs Volunteer Fire Department arrived on the scene and conducted fire suppression operations which in turn saved the structure. The investigation revealed multiple points of origin of fire along the outside of the structure. Officers located evidence of combustible liquids within and near the areas of fire origin. There were no reported injuries.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 24 – Officers responded to 115 East 54 Hwy, Pitt Stop, concerning a report of a counterfeit bill being passed. The investigation revealed that “Movie Money” printed in China was passed. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 26 – Officers responded to 600 South Grand, Grace Fellowship Church, concerning a reported burglary. The investigation revealed the theft of three computers and the church’s surveillance system.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 26 – Officers responded to, 300 East Freeman, First Assembly of God Church, concerning a reported burglary. The investigation revealed the theft of two Ipads, a Kindle Fire, DVR, radio, cables, and US currency.  A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 26 – Officers responded to 200 West McCrary Circle, Apt 31, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a Ruger .22 Caliber revolver, a nylon holster, 2 sim cards and cash. A report taken and the investigation continues.

Nov 26 – Officers responded to 227 West 54 Hwy, Pete’s convenience store, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the leave without pay of $20 worth of gasoline. The suspect vehicle was described as a blue Dodge Dakota pick-up truck. A report taken and the investigation continues.
