EL DORADO SPRINGS POLICE REPORT

In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On September 17, 2018, officers arrested Christian M. Myers, 26, of El Dorado Springs, for a Vernon County Warrant, charging him with for Failure to Appear on the original charge of larceny with a $1500.00 cash bond.   He was transferred to the Vernon County Jail pending bond and a court date.

On September 17, 2018, officers responded to 801 East Gentry concerning a reported assault. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 17, 2018, officers arrested Richard J. Lord, 42, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging him with for Failure to Appear on the original charge of Possession of Marijuana and Paraphernalia, with a $502.00 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On September 17, 2018, officers arrested Angela K. Williams, 33, of El Dorado Springs, for Driving While Suspended. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On September 19, 2018, officers responded to 220 West US 54 Highway, Fugate Motors, concerning a reported stolen vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of silver 2004 Mitsubishi Eclipse passenger car. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 20, 2018, officers arrested Jesse M. Hill, 36, of El Dorado Springs, for Driving While Suspended. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On September 20, 2018, officers responded to 1600 South Park Street concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of yard ornament. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 20, 2018, officers arrested Harold K. Williams, 44, of El Dorado Springs, for no operator’s license. He was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On September 20, 2018, officers responded to 410 East Spring concerning a reported motor vehicle theft.  The investigation revealed the theft of a green 1986 GMC truck, three lap top computers, and a check book. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 21, 2018, officers responded to 102 North Summer concerning a reported domestic assault. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 21, 2018, officers responded to 219 West Joe Davis concerning a reported stolen motorcycle.  The investigation revealed the theft of a 1996 Honda Shadow 600 motorcycle.  A report was taken and the investigation continues.

On September 22, 2018, officers responded to 512 South Summer concerning a reported larceny. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On September 22, 2018, officers arrested Lawrence L. Hill, 53, of El Dorado Spring, for a Lamar Municipal Warrant, charging him with Content of Court with a $248.00 cash bond. He was released to Lamar PD pending bond and a court appearance.

On September 22, 2018, officers responded to 403 South Ohio Street concerning a reported trespassing. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Claudia J. Bishop, 27, of El Dorado Springs, for Trespassing. She was released on summons pending a court appearance.

On September 23, 2018, officers arrested Joseph M. Burnett Jr, for an El Dorado Springs Warrant, charging him with Failure to Appear to answer to Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with a $225.50 bond.  He was transferred to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.
