In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

March 6 –  Officers responded to 302A South Kirkpatrick concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a debt card. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

March 6 – Officers responded to 100 East Hospital Road concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a Kenmore washing machine, Dell Inspiron P25T laptop, Amazon Echo and 10 cart white gold .75 carat diamond engagement ring and 10 carat white gold with 1 carat diamond wedding ring. Suspects have been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

March 6 – Arrests John R. Herndon JR., 20, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging him with failure to appear. He was returned to the Bates County jail after his court appearance.

March 6 – Dylan D. Johnson, 19, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant charging him with failure to appear per court order, with a $52  bond pending a court appearance.

March 7 – Arrest: Tyler P. Poore, 34, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging him with failure to appear with a $225.50 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

March 7 – Officers responded to 312 West 54 Hwy, Woods Supermarket, concerning a reported larceny. A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

March 8 – Officers responded to 724 East 54 Hwy, Heritage State Bank, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed theft of an envelope containing US currency.  A suspect has been identified, a report taken and the investigation continues.

March 8 – Arrest: Wendi A. Kite, 39, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal warrant, charging her with failed to appear to answer to stealing, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia with a $618.50 bond. She was released on her own recognizance.

March 8 – Officers responded to 316 South Park concerning a reported larceny from a vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of a temporary license plate bearing 03FR9F. A report taken and the investigation continues.

March 9 – Officers responded to 608 South Kirkpatrick concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of a truck tire. A report taken and the investigation continues.

March 9 – Officers responded to 108 South Grand concerning a reported domestic disturbance. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Jonathan L. Wassenaar, 45, of El Dorado Springs, charging him with possession of drug paraphernalia, and a St. Clair County warrant, charging him with dangerous drugs with a $10,000 bond. He transferred to the St. Clair County jail pending bond and a court appearance.

March 10 – Officers responded to 1408 South Missouri 32 Hwy, DYM Remodeling Services, concerning a reported larceny. The investigation revealed the theft of gasoline. A report taken and the investigation continues.
