March 18 – John Snethen, 40, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class A misdemeanor domestic assault third degree. Bond is set at $5,000 cash or surety. The charge stems from an Osceola Police Department investigation on Sept. 18, 2016.

Becky Morris reported a five gallon gas can with approximately two gallons of gasoline missing from her front porch. She described the can as red with her initials BM on it on all four sides and the bottom in permanent marker. The value of the gas can and gas was estimated at $34.

March 19 – Harley Wilkerson, 25, Collins, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant charging him with class D felony possession of controlled substance, class D misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and class D misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Total bond is set at $15,000 cash or surety.

The charges stem from a St. Clair County Sheriff’s Office investigation the previous day when deputies were called to South 14th Street, Collins, in reference to checking the well being of Wilkerson.

During the investigation Wilkerson made admissions to using methamphetamine within the last 48 hours. A bag containing drug paraphernalia was located and a spoon found in the bag field tested positive for methamphetamine. A glass pipe containing a burnt substance consistent with marijuana was also located in the bag.

Misty Huffstutler, 36, Independence, was arrested in St. Clair County on a felony warrant from Independence Police Department and a misdemeanor warrant from Jackson County.

The warrant from Independence Police Department charges her with two counts, class C felony possession of a controlled substance and class A misdemeanor of theft. The warrant from Jackson County is for failing to appear in court on a misdemeanor traffic charge. Total bond is set at $2,000.

Micheal Taylor, 28, Deepwater, was arrested on a St. Clair County warrant for failing to appear in court on two counts, class C felony domestic assault-second degree and class D felony resisting arrest. The warrant was issued on March 16 and bond is set at $5,000 cash only. The original charges stem from an Osceola Police Department investigation on April 24, 2016.

Preston Jones, 50, Odessa, was arrested in St. Clair County on a no bond felony warrant for parole violation. The warrant was issued by the Division of Probation and Parole Missouri Department of Corrections. The arrest came after a St. Clair County deputy received a call of individuals walking along C Hwy just before midnight March 18. A check of the individuals revealed Jones had a warrant and he was taken into custody.

March 21 – Danny Pryor, 50, Louisburg, was arrested on two St. Clair warrants for failing to appear in court on an unclassified misdemeanor driving while revoked-second or subsequent offense and class C misdemeanor exceeding the posted speed limit by 11-15 miles per hour. The warrants were issued on Jan. 25, 2016, and total bond is set at $1,220.
