EHS new High School teachers

El Dorado Springs High School would like to welcome the following teachers to their staff.

Nick Engleman will teach Work History and serve as the Head Baseball Coach and Assistant Boy’s Basketball Coach. Graduate of Stockton High School and Evangel University. Mr. Engleman previously taught at Pleasant Hope and Greenfield high schools. His wife, Morgan, is the new Middle School Counselor.

Donald McCorkendale will teach Chemistry and Physics. He is a graduate of Marion C. Early High School and Southwest Baptist University. He enjoys serving as a Physics Lab Instructor during the summer. Donald has five years of teaching experience.

Kaley Lyons will teach high school girls PE and Health. She will serve as Assistant Volleyball Coach and Middle School Track Coach. Kaley graduated from Glendale High School and Evangel University where she was stand-out volleyball player. She has taught and coached at West Plains High School and Pershing Middle School.

Kelley Beckner will teach high school boys weights and be the Head Football Coach and the Head Golf Coach. Kelley graduated from Nixa High School and Drury University. Kelley previously worked at Kickapoo, Monett and Mt. Vernon. Kelley and his wife, Cozy, have three children.

Cozy Beckner will serve as the High School Counselor. Cozy is a graduate of Everton High School, Drury University and has a Master’s Degree from Evangel University. Cozy worked as the High School Counselor in Ash Grove for three years. She and her husband, Kelley, have three children.

Sheila Benham will teach Middle School and High School Art. Sheila is a graduate of El Dorado Springs High School and Missouri State University. Sheila has six years of teaching experience at Bronaugh and Chamois High Schools. Sheila and her husband, Gary, have four adult children.

Logan Friar will teach Middle School and High School Computer Science. Logan is a graduate of El Dorado Springs High School and Evangel University. Logan has worked in the business field since graduating college. He and his wife, Ashley, have one child.
