RAWLINGS SIGNS – Wednesday, Dec. 12, Tori Rawlings signed to play Volleyball at Northeast Oklahoma. Her parents, Mary and Alvin, were present as were her coaches, Stephanie Allen and Ashley Rogers. Her team mates and other friends were there.
