In the case of all arrests, it must be remembered that the charge is merely an accusation and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.

On October 8, 2019, officers arrested William D. Wilkinson, 42, of El Dorado Springs, for a Daviess County Warrant, charging him with (2) counts of Endangering Welfare of a Child, Unlawful Possession of a Firearm, Unlawful Possession/Transport/Manufacture/Repair/Sale of Illegal Weapon, and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, with a $35,000.00 cash bond. He was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and court appearance.

On October 9, 2019 Officers responded to 417 West Industrial Drive concerning a reported larceny. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On October 10, 2019, officers responded to 114 Winner Road concerning a reported Domestic Assault. A suspect has been identified and the investigation continues.

On October 10, 2019, Officers responded to 205 1/2 West US 54 Highway, Dollar General Store, concerning a report of larceny. The investigation resulted in the arrest of Brandon A Harder, 17, and Shelby L Harder, 20, of El Dorado Springs, charging them with Larceny (Shoplifting). They were release on summonses pending a court appearance.

On October 10, 2019, officers arrested Nicholas Ryan Smith, 39, of Rich Hill, for two Bates County Warrants charging him with Possession of Marijuana and Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful use of a Weapon, each with a $7500.00 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On October 11, 2019, officers arrested Jenny J. Nix, 31, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging her with Fail to Appear on the original charge of Driving While Suspended and No License Plates, with a $431.50 bond. She was transported to the Cedar County Jail pending bond and a court appearance.

On October 11, 2019, officers arrested Paul Dean Coleman, 48, of El Dorado Springs, for a St. Clair County charging him with Stealing, with a $7500.00 bond. He was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On October 11, 2019, officers arrested Kellie R. Cooper, 47, of El Dorado Springs, for an El Dorado Springs Municipal Warrant, charging her with Expired Operators License, with a $50.50 bond. She was released on bond pending a court appearance.

On October 12, 2019, officers responded to 1201 East Patricia concerning a reported burglary. The investigation revealed the theft of several items. Suspects have been identified and the investigation continues.

On October 13, 2019, officers responded to 1125 South Main concerning a reported larceny from a motor vehicle. The investigation revealed the theft of a ladies wallet and its contents. A report taken and the investigation continues.

On October 13, 2019, officers responded to 219 West Walnut concerning a reported Burglary. The investigation revealed the theft of a Play-Station 4 gaming system, an Apple iPhone, and a LG Rebel 4 smart phone. A report taken and the investigation continues.
