Each year Cedar County Memorial Hospital recognizes employees for each five years of dedicated service to our hospital. This year due to COVID-19, like everything else, the ceremony had to be handled individually instead of the normal group recognition with their peers present. Hospital CEO Jana Witt’s note to each recipient read:

“On behalf of the Board of Trustees and Administration of Cedar County Memorial Hospital, I would like to take this opportunity to say “Thank You” for your years of dedicated service to our hospital. Your support and willingness to be and remain a part of this institution that serves so many needs in our community and the surrounding area is greatly appreciated. Please know that your contributions and sacrifices do not go unnoticed. 2020 has been an especially challenging year in so many ways; and I look forward to your continued service and thank you again for your loyalty.”
