Sheriff McCrary presented weekly report. Inmate housing Cedar-19; Dade-17; Barton-3; Polk-1; Hickory-1=41 Received the new portable showerltoilet trailer.
Resident stopped in to report concerns about CR2225 hay bales impeding water flow and causing water to cross the road. The ditch needs to be cleaned out farther but without the bales being moved, this will do little.
Peggy K enne yT,r easurer report from her association training last week. Kenney has concerns about the new and up and coming A1 usage that is beginning to be encouraged in government offices. Concerns about SB190 & CR756 applying to ALL tax levies, a new report will have to be issued from the County Collector by November 30’ each year to report the full.

DJ Ford, Road and Bridge Supervisor met with weekly report. Worst damage was on CR401 with a pipe washout from Saturday night. CR680 and CR800 roads also need work. CR601 has been repaired. Will inspect CR1225. The brush hog was delayed another week and is expected this week.

Conference call with Roger Floyd concerning appropriation of the $550,000 needs a 50% match in department or mercy services. ARPA figures can be included. In kind expenses count. Once contract is signed back from the county to the state it can be release to the county.

Road & Bridge Supervisor DJ Ford met to discuss weekly activity report. CR101 has a small bridge with curb damage, this will be repaired in the near future as it is still passible at the moment. Reviewed MODOT’s LBIP NBI scored bridge list, two bridges on the list are currently in progress. Motion by Boultinghouse to approve Bridge #2670007 over Snag Creek on CR1001, and Bridge #4030003 over Bear Creek Branch on CR2301 as the next two bridge replacement projects to submit to MODOT, seconded by Anderson.
