El Dorado Springs High School is proud to introduce its new Head Softball Coach, Bill Gray. Bill Gray is a familiar face and name to Bulldog fans, as he currently serves as the Head Wrestling Coach and as a Middle School Football Coach for the school district. Coach Gray brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the softball diamond, having served over 20 years between college and high school softball teams.

Coach Gray has served as a Head Coach for Softball at Missouri Southern University, Pitt State University, and Independence Community College, as well as other locations as a head and assistant coach. He has also served on national boards and committees through various fastpitch organizations. Coach Gray is married to Jennifer Gray, who teaches Mathematics at El Dorado Springs High School and can be seen taking pictures at various Bulldog events. He has two sons, Owen and Nathan, with Owen teaching and coaching at El Dorado Springs High School.

Coach Gray has shared, “I am excited about the opportunity and looking forward to sharing the game I love, telling stories about the people who have helped get me here, and making more memories. Go Dogs!”

We are excited to have Coach Gray in this role and look forward to seeing him continue to grow and develop more Bulldog athletes!
