9:00 a.m. Sheriff, McCrq; submitted jail report. Ted inquired about dually truck tires being larger than what State law allows on the roads.

9: 10 a.m. Assessor’s Office presented weekly report; court order list from 5/18 – 5/21

9:22 a.m. Concerned citizens visited with the Commission regarding assessment increase and taxes. Requestingrelief. The Commission suggested they bring the topic before the BOE on July 20th. Penalties wiU not be waived today.

11 :40 a.m. Commission reached out to Travis Elliott regarding data centers. Left a message.

11 :43 a.m. ArneriTrust Group, Inc. left message stating they will be assigning an attorney to the lawsuit case pending.

12:00 p.m. Ricky Taylor following up on 400 id. He cleared the trees on both sides, and it is ready for a culvert.

1:15 p.m. Road and Bridge report presented by DJ Ford.

1:30 p.m. Citizens inquired about the progress of 110 1 rd. DJ stated the road will be getting worked on soon. He cannot give a specific date due to the nature of the work, but it is on the schedule.

2:30 Phone call with Victoria Barker from the Health Department. She wanted to talk about a meeting she had with Don Caipenter, CEO, with CCMH about the Health Department being moved to the Stockton clinic which was the former Health Dept. and Medical Clinic building on Owen Mill Rd. She asked that the Health Department be in both Stockton and El Dorado Springs with the possibility of renting a new space for the El Dorado Springs office.
