FIREMEN COLLECT MONEY DURING BOOTBLOCK – The El Dorado Springs Volunteer Fire Department collected around $5,700 during their hours spent out on Hwy 54 on Monday, September, Sept. 7. The money is collected on behalf of the Muscular Dystrophy Association. The Bootblock is a yearly event always on Labor Day.
According to El Dorado Springs Fire Chief Bob Floyd, 25 fire fighters participated.
