Charles “Chuck” Tigner, 54, El Dorado Springs, passed away peacefully June 16, 2016. He was born Jan. 25, 1962, the son of Wallace Dean and Charlotte Marie (Rodgers) Tigner. For the month of June only we will host our community meal Sunday, June 26 at the El Dorado Springs RII Elementary Cafeteria. The meal will start at 6 p.m., and everyone in the community is invited.
