Louise Wilcox Breshears, 89, was born April 7, 1927, to Alice Dirks Wilcox and James Benjamin Wilcox at El Dorado, KS. Peggy Joann Oberly, 77, daughter of G.L and Opal (Todd) Bowen, was born Nov. 15, 1939 in Filley. She passed away March 27, 2017, in Appleton City. Peggy graduated from El Dorado Springs High School in 1957 and lived at home until her marriage to Dan Oberly on Feb. 20, 1959 in Filley West Church.
