James Edward Otter, 62, El Dorado Springs, passed away on Sept. 20, 2016 in Overland Park, KS. The family received friends on Friday, Sept. 23, in Ferry Funeral Home in Nevada. The five-service revival will begin Sunday morning, Oct. 9, and continue through Wednesday evening, Oct. 12.
