John Virgil Cochran, 79, of Collins, formerly of Belton, passed away May 16, 2019. Memorial services will begin at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 22, in Bland-Hackleman Chapel. Bill Roll, 85, of rural El Dorado Springs, passed away peacefully at his home on May 7, 2019, under the care of his loving daughter, Eunice. He is the middle child of 14 children born to Mike and Rosa (Reichert) Roll on the family farm eight miles north of Burt, ND, on March 22, 1934.

Claudia Patricia (VanBummel) Hardison, 68, passed away at Citizens Memorial Hospital in Bolivar, on Friday, April 26, 2019, after a short battle with cancer. She was born on May 17, 1950, in Carthage to Glenn and Leora (Murphey) VanBummel. Claudia lived in the Lamar area until 1957 when her family moved to El Dorado Springs.
