Best loser for the month of February is Erin

TOPS Chapter 9319 El Dorado Springs met in The Firefly Services building 700 E. Hospital Rd, on Thursday, March 5, for their regular weigh-in and meeting.

Our Leader, Warren called the meeting to order.

Carol led us in singing “Topsi Doodle”.

We said our TOPS & KOPS pledges

Warren led us in roll call, 15 members weighed in. We had a very good week, with a 11.2-pound loss and only a 2.0 gain, leaving us with a 9.2 net loss. Some good losses this week were Sheryl 2.0, Erin 3.0 and Jan 1.4, the best loser for the week was Pat with a loss of 4 pounds. Congratulations, Pat!

Remember, the month of March Best Loser Pot already has $43.77 in it. To be the month’s best loser you must lose the most weight for the month and it has to be at least a 5-pound loss to qualify.

Linda H presented the awards program today; The best loser for the month of February was Erin, she lost 1.2 pounds. Congratulations, Erin!

We welcomed our new member, Linda R with a certificate and charm. Jan also received a certificate and charm for inviting Linda to join.

Sue received her 65-pound loss certificate. Congratulations Sue!

Jean received her certificate for 21 years as a KOPS and a certificate for 21 years of KOPS In Black. She has not been “out of leeway” since becoming a KOPS.

Winner of free dues was Warren.

Judy B reported Laura is enjoying the TOPS Chapter in Branson and has helped them with awards and other ideas. However, she is planning a move to Florida to be closer to family. We are sure she will find a TOPS chapter there as well.

Marble Game: there is $20.50 in the pot, Judy B won the right to draw but did not get the winning one.
