Just want to say a big than you for the surprise goodie box that I received from the Chamber of Commerce.

I am teaching at the ElDo Christian School and that will really help out.

I would like to thank everyone who sent me flowers, gifts and cards and those who came and visited and called me when I was in the Cedar County Memorial Hospital on the Swing Bed after I had hip surgery at Freeman in Joplin. Thank you to my Pastor, Kevin McNeely and wife, La Rita, and everyone at Grace United Methodist Church and the nurses at the hospital. They really treated me good. We would like to thank everyone who helped Mom (Margie) Barger during the weeks of her health crisis and her passing into the presence of our Lord Jesus. We especially want to thank the wonderful staff, nurses and aides and Dr. Mark Smith at Community Springs Nursing Facility for their patient care; everyone who cared for Mom at Citizens’ Memorial Hospital in Bolivar and the CMH clinic in El Dorado Springs; the CMH Hospice team; our church family for their prayers and help and abundant funeral dinner; and all who have sent notes of encouragement or called. May the Lord bless you all.
