CCMH RESPIRATORY THERAPY DEPARTMENT OFFERS MANY SERVICES

The CCMH Respiratory Therapy Department offers services vital to patient care.

From Holter monitoring used for determining electrical activity in the cardiovascular system to pulmonary function testing used to evaluate respiratory conditions and diseases that affect the lungs.

The Respiratory Therapists at CCMH are specifically trained in a multitude of respiratory modalities to aid patients in quality of life.

Other services available include: ventilation assistance, chest physiotherapy, oxygen testing, carbon monoxide testing, EKG’s, oxygen therapy, airway management and patient education. Sleep studies for evaluation of sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea are also scheduled through the Respiratory Therapy Department.
