Chris Roe, RN, an employee of Cedar County Memorial Hospital was recently presented the Nightingale Award from Hospice Compassus. Hospice Compassus presents this award in celebration of National Nurse Appreciation Week. This award is presented to individuals in the Nursing field who have gone above and beyond in caring for patients. The nominee is one that is viewed as embodying integrity, compassion, resolution and has a commitment to serving the needs of our community. Chris was one of 14 nurses that were nominated for the award. Chris has been a dedicated and loyal Registered Nurse at Cedar County Memorial Hospital for almost 10 years. Prior to becoming an RN, Chris worked at the Cedar County Memorial Hospital Medical Mall Clinic. We are very proud of her receiving this award.
