DUKE MASON AT PAPE CHRISTIAN CHURCH – On Sunday, October 9th, Carl opened our Sunday School hour with the beautiful old hymn Redeemed and then gave us a pop-quiz before sending us to our classes. New prayer requests were made for Rick Lull, Geneva Smith and Mary Lady, and for travelers Victor McPeak and Jim McPeak. Continued prayers are needed for Vess Swopes, and Delmar and Pat Martin. Following our Communion Service, Brother Dennis introduced Duke and Stephanie Mason, who were visiting from Joplin. Duke Mason then gave a wonderful praise in song service that was entertaining and a blessing for us all. Following Duke’s wonderful concert, everyone enjoyed the delicious pot-luck dinner and the fellowship of each other’s company. Photo by Dennis Wallen
