On Sunday, Jan. 25, at 6:54 a.m. the fire department was dispatched on a mutual aid given with the Chaple Hills Fire Department for a structure fire. Two trucks and 14 firefighters responded. Then at 12:02 p.m. the department was dispatched to a structure fire on Mission Rd. in Vernon County but where cancelled enroute due to it being a control burn. One truck and nine firefighters were responding.
On Monday, Jan. 26, at 3:42 p.m. the fire department was dispatched to a vehicle fire in a parking lot on W. US 54 Hwy. Three trucks and 13 firefighters responded.
On Tuesday, Jan. 2, at 5:12 p.m. the fire chief responded to a residence on E. 274 Rd. for a carbon monoxide alarm sounding. There was an issue with a water heater vent. The incident was turned over to the gas company for resolution.
On Wednesday, Jan. 28, at 7 p.m. Two firefighters took a tanker to south of Jericho Springs on a mutual aid given call to assist Olympia Fire Department at a structure fire.
On Thursday, Jan. 29, at 11:32 p.m. the chief and an assistant chief responded with the drone to assist at Jericho Springs to look for a missing person.
On Friday, Jan. 30, at 4:15 a.m. the department was dispatched on a mutual aid call with Walker Fire Department for a large barn fire. Three trucks and nine firefighters responded. A very short time later after returning, at 7:26 a.m., the department assisted the Stockton Fire Department for a fire at the Dollar General Store in Stockton. Four trucks and 11 firefighters responded there.
