Fire report for week of Jan. 26

On Monday, Jan. 27, at 6:39 p.m. the fire department was dispatched to the hospital to set up and protect a landing zone for a medical aircraft. Two trucks and 13 firefighters responded.

On Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 6:25 a.m. the department was dispatched to a brush/grass fire at the Lions Club Park. One truck and seven firefighters responded.

On Tuesday, Jan. 28, at 3:26 p.m. the fire department was dispatched on a lift assist with the ambulance at a residence on County Rd. E. 1370. Eight firefighters responded.

On Thursday, Jan. 28, at 8:16 a.m. the fire department was dispatched to an electric pole on fire on County Rd. E. 800. One truck and 10 firefighters responded.
