Fire report for week of May 17

On Wednesday, May 20, at 11:29 p.m., the Fired Department was dispatched to the El Dorado Springs Airport for a medical aircraft standby. The trucks were told to disregard in routs. Twelve firefighters and Trucks 2 and 4 were responding when cancelled.

On Thursday, May 21, at 7:26 p.m., the Fire Department was dispatched to the S curves north on 82 Hwy. to a motorcycle accident. The department provided traffic control, assisted ambulance crew and then to the airport for medical aircraft standby. Trucks 2, 3 and 4 and 15 firefighters responded.

On Friday, May 22, at 5:24 p.m., the Fire Department was dispatched to a vehicle fire in the 200 block on north First St. The incident is under investigation. Trucks 2, 3 and 5 and 14 firefighters responded.
